We had an outstanding Love Our Lakefront gathering on Saturday, August 15 at Steelworkers Park.
Storms threatened this much-awaited event, but lifted just as we started.

Princess Harris from Faith in Place led us through the sense-enhancing Japanese practice of forest bathing, which she had thoughtfully adapted to the post-industrial landscape.

Despite the fact that the park is on a former slag heap, we experienced moments of introspection and connection with nature.
